6 Tbsp Coconut oil, melted into liquid form
8 Tbsp cocoa powder (not sweetened)
3/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts
2 Tbsp maple syrup (or you can use raw honey but depending on the honey could make for a strong honey taste)
1 good shake of sea salt
2 shakes of cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients. It should form a rough paste you can form into balls. If it is too soft to form you can put it into the fridge for a few minutes to harden OR you can add in more almond meal to thicken. Form into one inch balls. Place the balls on parchment paper and into the freezer for 10 minutes or so. Enjoy.
