Andrew Skurka Interview

Andrew Skurka has been on some pretty epic adventures–many lasting thousands of miles of hiking and adventure racing–and has bagged National Geographic’s Adventurer of the Year title in the process.

Surely, a measly hundred miler in Colorado is no match for this experienced mountain guide, right?  After his second hundred miler, I spoke with Andrew about what he learned while racing Run Rabbit Run, what’ll he’ll do differently next time, and how we can all use these lessons in our next race of any distance.
