…Yesterday I failed to mention that Pam Smith ran an amazing race at Desert Solstice , setting a new American and World 100 mile track record of 14:11:26. Previous American track best was Ann Trason’s 14:29 and World best was Edit Berces 14:25!
…and speaking of more records, apparently there was a Guinness record set (and broken) for a team of people running a 100k relay on a treadmill.
