We’ve reported on her previous attempts before, but yesterday Diana Nyad finally got it done! 64 years old…110 miles of swimming in 54 hours…on her 5th attempt. “I have three messages. One is, we should never, ever give up. Two is, you’re never too old to chase your dream. Three is, it looks like a solitary sport, but it is a team,” she said on the beach.
