Jeremy Ebel Interview

imageJeremy just ran at the Big Backyard Ultra in Tennessee (just over 200 miles) and I had to invite him on the show to pick ย his brain about the format, sleep deprivation, diet, and his race history.

Well, he chose Leadville as his first race to spite a roommate, eats whatever he wants, trains haphazardly, sleeps while running, and could’ve easily gone another day after running for two days straight in Tennessee.

Unfortunately, the phone connection is a bit funky for the first 15 minutes or so, but it gets better. Blame the satellite aliens.

Enjoy!

Want to know what it’s like crewing for a race like this? Heidi wrote all about it here.
