Thanks to Gary for pointing out this inaugural event–the Lost Sierra Endurance Run. It’s a 50k in the Lakes Basin wilderness, north of Truckee. The course passes 35 alpine lakes, finishers get a pint glass full of Sierra Nevada, and it’s only sixty bucks. Sign me up!
