Rince Cochon (Belgian Strong Pale Ale)

Here’s an interesting beer again. It’s hard to tell what’s going to be sour or not, and I took a guess with this one. I was wrong, sort of.  It’s somewhat Hefeweisen-y but with far more zest and effervescence to it. It pours a milky yellow and doesn’t have a lot of aroma, but the taste is interesting. Can’t say I really like it or dislike it. Somewhat barnyardy with hay and citrus.  Meh.

$10 for a 750mL at 8.5% ABV.
