Sage Canaday has had a pretty awesome year by most standards, but he wants more more more.  After a win at Tarawera and North Face Costa Rica, Sage is running Speedgoat this weekend to repeat his win from last year…a win that found him precariously close to getting caught by Anton Krupicka in the final few miles.

In this interview, we talk about pain thresholds, the demands of being a pro athlete, his thoughts on timed events, and what to expect from him this weekend in Utah.
