The Fruitarian’s lunch
If you listened to our podcast with Mike Arnstein, you know that diet plays a huge role in his life and his success. Now that he’s moved to Hawaii, The Fruitarian is surrounded by fresh fruit all the time.
Amount:
Entire melon or half, depending on how much you need to re-hydrate and refill glycogen stores.
Directions:
Cut in half with a knife, or break over a rock. A spoon can be used to eat it too, but it’s fun to get it all over your face too.
