iRunFar showcases the life of Billy Yang. Super great guy who’s putting out excellent content.

Looking to run naked? Here’s a list of clothing optional races around the country. Flap, flap, flippity flap.

Trailrunner Mag: What you need to know about gravel running shoes.

Whew, Dean-O is doing everything he can to push the coyote story further down the feed.

Courtney Dauwalter shatters the (mens and womens) Collegiate Loop FKT. Of course she did.

CTS: One ultramarathon runner’s guide to heatstroke and heat illness.

Might want to read that before I go outdoors over the next week in Sacramento:

Hungarian Esther Csillag finished 5th at UTMB, her first 100 miler. I can’t think of a better debut performance at UTMB than hers. Anyone?

More on 100k World Champ Haruki Okayama. Interesting story of an amateur runner who’s faced plenty of setbacks in his career. Good read.

If you figure out a way to get into UTMB, use this page as a resource for training. Excellent advice from Daniel Rowland.

Yikes, I didn’t know there were two deaths at Comrades this year.

Looks like an interesting story on the death of a Navy SEAL during training, but I’m paywalled out for the month.

Personal: I’m starting to look around for a job in the marketing/content/writing field and figure this would be a good place to start. If you’re looking for someone with a diverse skillset who’s got deep roots in this industry, let’s connect!

Have a great weekend everyone. Stay cool!
