IRF/Justin breaks down all the results from this weekend’s ultramarathon and trail races. All eyes were on Tunnel Hill 100, and the action didn’t disappoint! Ultra historian Steeltown Paul pointed out that this was the first time in 45(!) years that three runners have run sub 13 in the same race…wow!

Run Spirited: Henry sits down with Javalina winner Tessa Chesser to learn more about her background and future in the sport.

Dyestat: The Michigan Ekiden is back and check out the entrants list! Not an ultra at all, but rather a Japanese style road “relay” of sorts that allows runners to compete as a team. Hope the format catches on and we see more Ekiden stateside.
