Ultramarathon Daily News | Mon, Nov 25

IRF/TWIR: All the news and stories from the trail and ultramarathon races from the past week. Grayson Murphy doubles up at both World Mountain Running Champs last week in Argentina, then X-Terra Worlds Champs this past weekend in Hawaii. I’ll have her on the show tomorrow.

JamJam: Mountain Outhouse News covers TNF results and other fun stories from the past few weeks. Update the UROY list? Great idea!

Sarah Lavender Smith: Gift guide for the holiday season.

Huge congrats to Adams’ State and the Colorado Mines Orediggers for their women’s and men’s wins at NCAA D2 XC championships on Saturday in Sacramento. Great experience for kids to see the camaraderie, focus, and fun of college sports. Sunny’s takeaways:
-Bunhuggers are cute.
-She wishes her team had more boy cheerleaders. (The “cheerleaders” were just teammates with body paint.)
-Adams State girls wear too much makeup, but they look like fun.

Outsports: Interesting essay by a gay collegiate xc runner about the emotional ups and downs of personal expectations and coming out to your. teammates.

Super short news day. What’d I miss?
