Well this sounds like a horrible idea. I’m hoping that since it’s in Japan it’ll be handled with more civility than were this to take place stateside.

SCMP: There isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer, but there are some good guidelines when it comes to choosing what to eat during an ultramarathon.

Anybody have any hints on convincing an active 12 year old to take it easy as she deals with a hip injury? Thanks.
