The Arrowhead Ultra kicked off yesterday with temps about 20 deg warmer than last year. Still freezing though.

Women’s Running: Nike has wrapped up their investigation into the NOP/AlSal mess and promised to do a few things to help women in sport their image.
Nike’s “initiatives” have got to be a very confusing for those who think trans women should compete as girls/females in sports and I’d love to hear your (respectful) thoughts. I’ll do my best to respond.
