Good morning everyone, Clint here filling in for Eric. This is my last turn at compiling some news for you before he returns from vacation.
Sometimes ultras can be a pain in the butt…literally.
Ultra running is a growing sport, and in one hot spot of growth (China), a UTMB event is expecting 4,000 runners.
Mike McKnight crushed the course record at the Bigfoot 200 on Monday – 200 miles in under 60 hours!
