Your Friday Inspiration: 4 Wheel Bob’s attempt to cross the Sierra in a wheelchair. Be sure to watch this video for a true appreciation of the energy and focus it takes. Anyone seen him on the trails?

Excellent short film by Billy Yang about Amelia Boone’s rise in the sport.

How do you run a 3:07 marathon on snow? Quick interview right here.

My Way Too Cool Predictions:

Gotta go with Max King for the win, but it’ll be a shootout up front. Who can handle the slippery terrain the best? I’ll also be watching mountain running stud Brett Hales in his first time at the race.  For the women, Ladia Albertson-Junkans and Cat Bradley should put on a pretty good show up front that’ll come down to who can handle the mud most effectively.
