Talk about adaptability.  Zach Miller lives on a cruise ship most of the year, trains on a treadmill (for 80mpw!) and a stairwell, then enters his first fifty miler and beats Rob Krar.  Boom!

In this interview, we get into detail about time spent on treadmills, almost missing the boat, racing guys with beards, and what he’s up to next.
